I'm at the game ...

I share jjacket's distaste for security theater, and I would write a song honoring TStan if he had the guts to stand up to the 'received wisdom' for institutional crowd management. But that's asking an awful lot of the guy.

And it's a ridiculous reason to stop supporting Jackets. Home games are like the six best days of the year for me, and I'm certainly not going to let clear bag policies rob that from me.
 
I don't get the taking off the hat thing myself. I am wearing a ballcap, what the öööö could I possibly hide in it? It isn't like I am wearing some Abe Lincoln stovepipe.
 
I'm willing to bet going through the gates will be a breeze next Saturday.
 
WooHoo another Noon Game! At least we'll be home in time to catch some of the big time games with 330 or 730 kick offs. Champagne/mimosas, lighter fare for breakfast so I won't be asleep by dinner time.

One of the funniest signs I think I have seen at a football game was a sign at a UTC game that said "at least we aren't in Johnson City". It was just so random and showed everyone has their rival.
