Barring any major injuries. The pieces are in place for a magical run.

Discuss and vote, pole.

Why not? Recruiting is on the up-tick. We have a bunch of experience coming back and don't lose gobs...

Edit:
I love that Vad Lee is an option in most of these poles.

Losing a lot of our secondary. If any year is it, this is the year. Need to quit fumbling.

Just to try to take it halfway seriously for a minute...

Schedule:
- @USF, @UGA, Bowling Green, (no 4th OOC game scheduled....maybe we're just playing 11 from now on)
- Duke, Miami, UVA, Clemson
- @VT, @UNC, @Pitt, @Louisville
@USF, @UGA, @Louisville, Clemson, Miami, @VT...well we're gonna have one of the toughest schedules in the country again trading UT/UCF/WF for USF/UL/ and a TBD. Maybe Lamar Jackson turns pro? UGA will lose a buttload on both sides of the ball. USF scores a bunch, not sure who they lose. Just a tough schedule from top to bottom.

Depth Chart:
- QB: Stacked. Marshall returns as a Senior and we'll have quality depth behind him.
- OL: Stacked. Only lose Devine off the 2-deep. Might rival the best OLs we've ever had.
- BB: Really Good. Benson has deceptive speed and is really strong up the middle. Howard will be a good #2.
- AB: Stacked. We lose Green but still have Searcy/Lynch/Cotrell + all the young guys.
- WR: Good. Lose Jeune, but we've got some really good younger guys behind him. Stewart will be an achor.
- DL: Good. Lose Freeman and Simmons. Simmons will be a blow as he's emerging as the first serious pass rush threat we've had since Attaochu. Should be really strong up the middle at DT though.
- LB: Stacked. Mitchell, Alexander, Henderson, Roof, Jordan-Swilling all return.
- DB: ???. This will be the hard part to tell. We've probably recruited the secondary better than any other unit the last 5 years, but you can't count on losing 4 starters and maintaining. Gray and Askew will start. But we'll probably need some frosh to contribute.

Coaching:
- We'll have HC/OC/DC back so should be no loss of continuity.

Summary:
Our offense on paper is gonna be ridiculously good. We need to identify a #1 possession WR, but I'm not worried about that the way we've recruited. That offense has the look of one that could carry us. The defense needs to replace Simmons and a few in the secondary, but still has a lot of depth at DL/LB returning. Schedule looks fairly daunting to get through with fewer than two losses. I could see us being in the discussion come November with some good bounces.

Losing only 4 next year off the 2 deep on offense is ridiculous. And 2 of those are at WR. Should be fun to watch. I do also believe we have some good guys coming up on D, but it will be tough losing the Austins, Griffin, Durham, Freeman, Simmons, and Lewis. I'm still all in for this year though.

You're deluded. We will have neither the depth nor talent on DL. We don't have enough OL depth either.
