We are going to figure out who to block and how to block, and when we do, we will win out. All these young guys getting reps is going to make us scary good next year.

Our defense is keeping us in games. All they have to do is maintain.

Stay positive. Make more koolade

So our offense let UNC score 38 points in 2.5 quarters?

Dunno about winning out, we're probably going to have a bumpy ride, but I agree that we're going to get it sorted on offense. It's a tall order, doing that against a Clemson team that played as well as they did for the majority of their ND game but we've shown ourselves capable of playing up to the level of competition before.

No longer called hype train since there is nothing left to hype up for. You are merely still on the bandwagon at this point.

Anyone still on the hype train is retarded. I'm still a Tech fan, but the hype train is a burning pile at this point.

Yeah, I mean, what is there to get excited about? Clemson? Florida State? Georgia? Right, like beating those teams moves the needle.

Choo choo!

I'm still on the train. I think we can still improve every week, beat uga and get a bowl

I'm with you. A few plays happen differently, and we are at 5-0 and not 2-3. These kids don't give up. We haven't been boatraced or outclassed by anyone. There is still a lot of football to play and some of the bigger fish are still out there for the taking. I'll be in Clemson next week pulling for them.

I know no one wants to admit it, but the offense really did look vastly improved from the last two games. Yes, play calling was subpar in a couple high leverage situations and we had a really costly fumble. But outside those instances, we actually looked like we knew what we were doing and we had some good drives.

I also think having Gotsis the whole game would have led to at least one extra stop for the defense. That may have made the difference in the game.

We changed to the sign system. JT doesn't have to read as much anymore because he can just check the sideline and they tell him what's up.

I can't believe it took CPJ this long to implement this.

This. I'll be there, too.

I don't know if the benefit was this, or if it was throwing the defense off rhythm by changing our timing, which to me has always been a huge issue since we almost never vary the timing of our snap count.

I think it was to keep from using timeouts due to the play clock.

We didn't have to use timeouts because the communication between CPJ and JT was faster. You guys don't realize how important this is. Not just faster but it makes JT's job easier.

I was impressed by this part of the game. The last drive of the game was mucked up by everyone. Officials spotting the ball, coaches, players, but the "check with me" stuff seemed to be working pretty well through most of the game.
