below. We are having two major problems this year. One is at the QB position. Two is the offense. BOTH are coached by BOB. Enough said. Problem isn't with Gailey...problem with Gailey is he should be assuming more control and start considering pushing BOB out soon.

I agree with everything you said. BUT, Gailey is the head man responsible for everything that goes good and/or bad. That includes recruiting, and season ticket sales for the proposed North stands upper deck.
