Is Gailey saying Nix didn \'t do the RC job well?

Almost always a Head Coach stays with a Recruiting Co-ordinator who gets the job done. Usually the RC stays with that as long as they are producing recruits. Rarely is there a change in RC while the old RC stays on staff, unless u bring in a RC that the HC feels is a much better RC.

Don't think so. I think it's more that Nix has much more responsibility now with QBs and passing game and we have Dave Wilson available now as a real coach instead of admin asst. or whatever he was, with experience as RC.
