is Richt a PR IDIOT...?

I'll bet any amount that Richt couldn't care less about any perceived PR issue. The simple fact is they need another WR and Stephen is someone they would like to have. If they steal him, they have another weapon in the pipeline. If they don't, they haven't lost anything but a little time. No reason they shouldn't have taken a shot at it.

I don't disagree with this but, it puts it in the back of his mind what CPJ is doing here and I can promise you he thinks a lot about it. I talked to a nadlicker this afternoon and he was very surprise the kid did not jump to the nadlickers. He did give CPJ kudos though.
 
If you read between the lines, MAYBE, some of the Ugag recruits are not cutting the mustard in the classroom or on the field. I read an article last year where MR warned that the pitfalls of early commits are that they do not live up to the early hype.
 
Since when did recruiting a kid become public relations? Yet another dumb suggestive post by good ole lawbee.

Not if Hill shreds them for the next four years. Richt and his redneck fan club have not yet begun to feel what losing Stephen Hill to Georgia Tech is going to mean.

I agree. But I don't think there's any kind of PR issue or that Richt even things about that. What he's concerned about is missing on players he wants and where they're going. If he's worrrying about PJ that's all good.
