Instead of just hiring one up-and-coming AD, we should hire thirty at once - all with buyouts - and unload 8-10 of them every year to the $EC and B1G. Then, hire 8-10 more. Rinse and repeat. That wipes out the financial disparity between us and them. Gotta think outside the box here.
