Pnope starts Sims, who stuggles. Norvell laughs at Collins after game for this decision. Yates comes in for the second half and leads 2 drives for field goals. Mason has a decent day of 80-90 rush yards, but no tds. Gibbs looks like a typical true freshman against fbs talent and doesn’t really contribute. Our lone td is actually by the defense, who plays fairly well but gives up 3 tds on busted plays. Our special teams play still sucks and we give up a td.

In those Clemson games he was:

13 for 32 with 1 TD and 1 int.
9 for 23 with 0 TDS and 2 int.

Sometimes the blind squirrel finds the nut.


Probably saw the BC clip. In that game, he completed that pass. They were down 21-0. He was 10 for 26 that game. That wasn't an NFL defense.

There were no other completions. Besides these.

BC’s draft class for that year was a linebacker and two cornerbacks. The next year they had a DE, who almost left in 17, and a safety drafted. So, yeah, I would say they didn’t have nfl talent on that defense.

Gleason starts and has happy feet after the first big hit (which comes early). We hit some big plays to score 2 TD's. Convert a turnover into a FG, and stall a couple drives, missing one FG and hitting another.

FSU plays sloppy, lots of penalties, but manages to put together 4 scoring drives, one aided by a targeting ejection on Tariq after getting exposed a couple times.
 
Norvell claims to have shared the game plan with the team via text. Turns out he did not, players pissed and FSU plays terrible.

Norvell's actions will actually pull FSU together even stronger. If the same had occurred with GA Tech then our fans would have just claimed that we will be better from the issues.
