O'Bleary was a disgrace to GT.
That's not what matters to him. We have a group of guys that play their hearts out (And Reggie Ball is among them) and they have led us to a very good year. All year we've heard talk of how Chan Gailey IS the man for this program. And how Reggie has improved, and those two things combined have taken us quite high this season.
We have watched videos of Chan giving talks to the team, tears in his eyes, and the players yelling back "We love you, too Coach!" and how much this team means to eachother and how much they love the staff.
One single game - (And if you think that losing to Georgia is enough to condemn an entire season's hardship and accomplishment, then you truly do not get it. The Georgia game is monumental in size, but it does not destroy what this team has done. Perhaps Reggie will always be the quarterback that lost four games to Georgia, but he is still the guy that played his
ass off for this school and captained them to four bowls and an ACC Championship game, with several big, big memorable wins along the way.) - one single game has changed all of the support, backing, cheering and happiness for this team, coaches and all that they've done this season into some of the most sickening moaning, whining, down-putting, insulting ilk I've seen in recent memory.
All of the absolute
idiots that are now choosing not to attend next week's ACC Championship game because of what happened last night can stay at home and not be missed. Get a grip, dumbasses.
This team is your team or it isn't your team. If this is your team, then it's your team when we go 12-0 or 0-11. When we beat Georgia and when we lose to them. When we beat Auburn, Miami and Virginia Tech at their house and when we lose to North Carolina, Duke and Wake Forest.
When our quarterback has an amazing day and when he has a terrible day.
When we have a flunkgate and when we have an amazing recruiting year.
Either it's your team or it's not.
Either support them forever, or never support them.
Constructive criticism is fine. Calling your players cowards and saying they can't leave fast enough is not.
