You're such a joke. Only losers run down good coaches to prop up duds. I'm just trying to relive the old days when we could beat the mutts.

Funny....that is exactly what you did.....right? :laugher:

That's not what matters to him. We have a group of guys that play their hearts out (And Reggie Ball is among them)

You know, I am pretty sick of these comments regarding our QB. "He's a warrior", "He plays his heart out for us"... blah blah blah.. BULL****!

The kid trash talks, has repeatedly shown unsportsmanlike conduct throughout his career, whines to the refs, etc. NOT ONCE has he ever shut his pie hole and played the game. He even got accused of throwing a tantrum in the final minutes last night.

You have no evidence to support your statement. None. In fact, there is a truck load of evidence that would suggest otherwise but people don't want to recognize it. If Reggie Ball was not in a Jackets uniform, everyone on the GT forums would be calling him a thug, whiny loser.

The resentment for Ball and the reaction he's gotten on these boards comes from the karma he's created for himself. What goes around comes around.

1. Everyone on the field trash talks. If you think otherwise, you're fooling yourself. Reggie doesn't do it anymore than anyone else. If you think what you see when Reggie is talking and grinning to another player, bobbing his head when he gets up after a run makes him a thug anymore than the other 21 guys on the field that do it when they do well, then you need to re-evaluate your definition.

2. Unsportsmanlike conduct throughout his career? Really? Can you give me examples that show that he has led an unsportsmanlike career or is this a "if you dont think so then you havent watched him!!!!" moment?

3. Actually, genius, it's been well-noted how little Reggie has spoken this year en route to the 9-3 season. Sounds an awful lot like "Shutting up and playing the game" to me.

4. He was "accused" of throwing a tantrum. By who? A Georgia player. Trustworthy source you've got there, especially when nobody else saw such a tantrum.

You're right, Reggie doesn't trash talk more than any other player. How could I be so wrong.

I have it from a reliable source that when he's running his mouth every play it's to commend the opponent on their hard work.

When all else fails - just.. be a smartass.

If that fails.. well, I guess I'll have to wait on your next post.

If he doesn't run his mouth then why did Joe Hamilton talk to him on Friday about not being a hot head if he wanted to beat Georgia?

Wait... this is coming from the guy who thinks that up until Reggie throwing his last INT, he was the best option for the team. Maybe its because arguing with someone who is clearly assinine and makes no sense is fruitless. Therefore I become a smartass.

Check your PM. I sent you a list of ex players and what they think of Reggie Ball that I'm not going to post on this board. And these guys interact with him at the Edge Center.

How can you defend Reggie? Who cares if he plays his "heart" out...I'm sure everyone on that field did, I know Choice and our defense did, is if fair to them that RB blew the game for at least the 3rd straight year.

This mentality that we can't rip on him because he tried his best is a loser mentality, his best just isn't good enough, period... and neithe ris Chan's ability to groom a QB over the last 5 years. We are truly blessed to have won 9 games this year, thank God the ACC obliged.

Could Bennett really have done any worse? I don't see how.

We may end up being the best team in the ACC, but how sweet is that if we're not even the best team in our state? against the #4 or 5 team in the SEC East!!!!!
