It's sad to see that Best is having an awesome year while Dwyer hasn't had much. Be it OL line's fault or lack of blocking or scheme of things in our offense, etc. etc. , they still look at personal stats.

Best 137 and 144 yards in first two games, 2 TDs in each game.

Now in his 3rd game, he has 114 yards in first half with 3 TDs.
 
Dwyer's possible contributions are limited compared to how Cal can use Best. But he'll come back.

I have to say that Clemson's Spiller is also having a great year.
 
You can't argue the fact he's a stud. He and Dwyer (regardless of stats) IMO are the 2 best RB's in the country.

some say that Dwyer isn't in the same class with others like Best and Spiller. I beg to differ. I think he'll be another Michael Turner at the next level and best and Spiller will fit the mold of a Felix Jones or maybe Chris Johnson ... but I'm leaning more towards the Felix Jones mold. I just don't see either of them being a bulk of the carries type of back.

they'd both be hell on wheels as a slot receiver though
