I agree with your thinking…it’s just not the way elite athletes think. You probably know this…It’s rare in modern times where you get a true student athlete that thinks education first. Everyone thinks they’re going to “the league”.

Is Griffin thinking he's gonna find a better situation? He doesn't have the negotiating position of Juanyeh or Gibbs. He's probably in the best place he'll find already. Just like Yates.

Edit: If no other teams bite, or he doesn't get a better fit, does he have the option of staying? How does that work?

Basically, Tod and Gef ööööed around and found out. Three years of sucking ass and not doing anything before making a couple of half ass staff moves is resulting in anyone worth a damn quitting and/or transferring. A+ guys.
