Oh my God! A giant was leaning over the field watching from the sideline! I hope he's a recruit.
 
Nice to see the Shaft is actually pumping water again. The last few times I made it down south, I really wanted to sit and read like the old times, but the fountain was bone dry due to water restrictions.

Also, nice to see that the chairbacks don't show up to games. Way to go, guys!

it seems that people would have figured out by now that the chairbacks people DO go to games, and they like to watch them from inside while getting liquid refreshments not available on the outside...

get over it

Chairbacks? Are these the people that bring/rent those seats that provide backs for bleachers?

No...look in the "god" picture above. All the empty gold seats in the lower east stands. You know, the ones that are always empty on tv...

Chairbacks are the old guys in the gold section seating that are planted firmly and squarely on their asses during important third downs when the rest of Bobby Dodd is standing up and going nuts. Their chairs have backs, hence chairbacks. The student sections do not have these because you should never sit down during a football game!
