Prior wants to be a WR now, as opposed to a QB, as he is being told WR is his best chance at the NFL.
 
I saw Shaw at a 7 vs. 7 camp in Cartersville this summer. He picked apart every defense he faced (and he faced some dang good ones). I was very impressed.

Another one that would fit CPJ's offense is Donovan Tate of Cartersville. However, he will either follow in his father's (Lars Tate) footsteps and play at UGAg or take a couple million as a top 5 pick in the MLB draft.

He's being recruited as a QB. Check out scout.com and his profile.

Also the latest recruiting news states that he dropped Texas because he didn't want to be compared to Vince Young.

Is GT now going after players that are committed elsewhere (Shaw- MTSU)? I can't understand why people had such a hard time with Rick Neuhisel's supposed recruiting issues.

Are you kidding? I couldn't even spend a decent Thanksgiving day - one FILLED with TWO complete Tukey-day meals - without obsessing over the UGA game. I sure can't sit back now. Nice thought though. :laugher:
