What position is he coming in at? I'm really excited about him. I read quotes from coach kelly and he loved this kid. Said he was the fastest player he seen on film all year. We had to fight off fsu and clemson down the stretch to keep him.
 
He's listed as an A-back but I have heard that they may try him at Safety, too.

I want to see what he can do with the ball in his hands and Bay-Bay and Cox running in front of him.
 
CPJ has said on the radio (twice) in the past week that he will most likely be at Aback.

I think he will start off at Aback- then move to the secondary. who knows..

Cool, a fast hitters mentality playing at the ABack position. I can see PJ drooling over this kid.

I think where he plays will depend more on what others do. EX. If Marcus Wright and Peeples improve and solidify themselves as solid A-backs coming out of spring then Jemea may get a stronger look at CB. On the other hand, if we get J.Tarrant back and Reid/Butler have strong spring showings, then Jemea will prob begin summer camp at A-back.
After watching all of the recruits highlight films Tuesday night, I came away most impressed with Jemea Thomas and David Sims.

Where can I watch highlights of David Sims. The only video I could find on YouTube was from his 2007 season, was only 4 minutes long - of which 1.5 minutes were him as a DB. The 2.5 minutes of him as a QB weren't all that thrilling (not saying it wasn't impressive)... Is there tape from his 2008 season and if so where can I find it?

Haha, you could argue my DVD of the GT v UGA game is "not good".

Worst case is they'd have to police YouTube to take it down... Hell, just rip the FLV file and email it to me, we can work around these things people :D
