Is Jonathan Smith going to play on Saturday?.And are any other tech players for sure out other than nate curry for saturday's game.

J. Smith should be ready to go when toe meets leather. He had nagging type injuiries; nothing serious enough to not play if there was a game, but you don't want to risk it becoming worse in practice. Keep in mind that coaches often treat the latter part of 2 a days like the pro's treat the NFL preseason. You know what Gathers, D. Smith, J. Smith, etc. can do, so why risk injury out there? Let them get reps to be in playing shape and for any of the schemes that may have changed or have a wrinkle added to it, but not much else.

The latest word on Nate Curry (according to yesterday's Lunch Bunch--which Coach Gailey spoke at), is that they hope to have him back and in the mix for the Clemson game.
