I LOVE PJ but he didn’t pull that off very often. The new guy did it on his first day of work.

I think the dichotomy is due to some people pretending that cpj didnt offer 4*, didnt get commits from 4*, and didnt get flips from good schools.

Geoff Collins may prove to be a better recruiter, but exaggerating either side is not beneficial.

Yes he did commit. One of 2 commits not to sign in Dec. I think the other eventually signed there.
