We have real problems if an energetic 40-something who is "with it" with the kids and social media and in a school that's in the capital of the South can't out recruit an old fart retread. Not saying that a couple of data points make a trend but the jury is out. We'll see.

This isn't a case of coach v. coach, it is school v. school. One hands out grades without course work, the other is the preeminent engineering school in the country.
