I personally believe that all teams reflect, to some degree their Head Coach in terms of personality..I recall that our toughness increased almost overnight when GOL took over..It was noticable in his first game as HC. I would think that Tenuta will bring some team his toughness and no-nonsence attitude.
I also bet in a year or two, he'll be a HC for somebody..It'll be interesting to see what kind of success he'll have...
