Meh, what I read was pretty mild to the things being posted last year. I didn't follow the thread live though because I was five minutes behind on the game.

Nice shot at us sidewalk fans though. I'm sure the value of your degree just went up a little.

Hey that wasn't meant as a shot at sidewalk fans at all. I'm just saying that from what I've seen, sidewalk fans outnumber alumni in the whiny bitch category. If you are a sidewalk fan that isn't a whiny bitch you are OK with me.

Yeah, I don't think that there really are that many of us to begin with, and I certainly hadn't noticed that we're any more negative than alumni :dunno:

I think most left after last season. I have family that graduated from Tech. I would have been a Tech alum myself had I not switched to fields after my freshman year in college.

I've been on this site long enough to not take anything too seriously. I've also never been one of the posters going of on the student athletes as if they're professionals.

Assistant coaches are fair game. They are professionals.
 
Don't know how many sidewalk fans indicate themselves as much. I think fans' whininess is proportional to how long they've been a fan. The beginning of 2015 had a ton of whiny fans who expected every year to be like 2014.

I was bitching plenty during the game -Something I'm prone to do when the offense has 3-and-out after 3-and-out. Not one to golf clap and say, "aw shucks" when the team looks like crap ...it's called passion for your team.

A wise man once said that one of the hardest things about being a Tech fan is dealing with other Tech fans. I believe he then went on to call everyone a bunch of fags after that.
