The first 10 seconds are, though I'd turn your speakers real down or put headphones in. Involves a guy kind of like our Goldfellas cept less below the waist.

Edit: by first 10 sec meaning I stopped watching...

It's just a stupid UGA student attempting to be funny and yelling a lot. I think he's taking off on professional wrestling promos of the 80s and 90s. Think about an Ultimate Warrior promo, only taking place in a football stadium, and the "warrior" is about 130 pounds and covered in white face and body paint, yelling mostly about Steve Spurrier.:biggthumpup:
