I suppose it depends on how they retweet the content. Word for word would make it easy to sue. Probably the best route is small claims court if you have a contract when you sign up for the pay site.

This is a much more complicated and ambiguous area than you may be aware.

As an aside it usually takes the law years to catch up with new technology.
