Are you talking about Coach Key?
How did he "back stab" Tech?
Coach Key seems like a very strong Tech man to me. I like everything I've seen about him.
This. If they think he is the first and/or last person to ever negatively recruit against his alma mater they are sadly mistaken. They are talking about the negative recruiting he did while at UCF and Bama against Tech.
I’m not concerned about that. That is how some guys recruit. He was doing his job b
Shocking that he wasn’t telling kids to go to Georgia Tech when another university signed his paychecksThey are talking about the negative recruiting he did while at UCF and Bama against Tech.

You.
The overall consensus two weeks ago on ST was that Key is a bum and is just as clueless as the Clown. Now, he's our savior. Crazy how one win changes everything. I'm rooting for the guy, but the last 3 years of o-line play will be hard to ignore. However, if it comes down to Key versus some loser that another program is happy to see go (like the Gregory and Pastner hires), I'll take Key.
Because when he was recruiting at UCF or Alabama he didn't tell recruits "you should really go to GT instead of here"Are you talking about Coach Key?

You think we wait til the bowl game to do a coach hire? And Collins. Temple fans weren’t weeping over his departure.
I say, a bowl gets Key consideration and a bowl win puts him in with top shelf candidates.
(I’ll trade a uga win for a bowl win. So he’s got a minimum of 4 more wins for me.)

6 wins is hire worthy? Pathetic standards, sorry.Key needs to go 5/8 to win the job. So far he's 1/1. Enjoy the ride, don't be a bitch.
After someone else starts 1-3, winning 0.625 the rest of the way which would be better than O'Leary. What else could you reasonably expect?6 wins is hire worthy? Pathetic standards, sorry.
If he gets to 7 wins and/or beats UGA he can have an interview
Good lord this is the Mac McWhorter fan club all over again. 1 game
