Why don't we just kick it out the end zone every time? Don't even give them a chance for a return.
 
I think that for every pass that the opposing QB attempts we should intercept it. I really think that might improve our chances of winning. Let's email Roof about this innovative concept.
 
I think we ought to recruit a kicker who can consistently kick touchbacks.
 
Anyone notice how many times the ball has fallen off the tee before we kicked off this season? Kicker using altered tee?

Regardless, another missed PAT, two (I think) bad KO.

Major work to be done if we have a chance vsl um.

I believe the missed XP was from our third string kicker. But I agree on the KOs.

Yeah, it was either 2nd or 3rd string guy, but it was still a missed PAT. And whoever the kicker was, I doubt this was the first time they have attempted one.

We can not afford any more missed PATs, regardless of kicker.

Listen to post game show - CPJ let a senior guy on the team try to get an extra point in the game. I'm ok with him getting a shot and I only hate it for him that he missed.

Agreed -- was supposed to be his moment to shine, instead it's a complete failure for him. Hopefully he'll be able to laugh about it soon. Not like he missed a game winning kick at the buzzer on national tv. Gulp.

I remember when the St. Louis Rams had Kurt Warner and company and they lost their kicker Jeff Wilkins against the Falcons. The Rams ran 2 point conversions for the rest of the game. Made four out of five 2 point conversions that game.
 
I don't think it's a laughable matter regarding missed XP. We need to find a reliable kicker for XP and KO. Speaking of that, didn't Tech recruit a kicker and now he's injured?

It was a third team, walk-on kicker who was just being given a chance to get in the game because he's a senior. We need to blow someone else out because it's sad if that's his only college football moment.

Our top two kickers were perfect for this game, 2/2 FG and 3/3 PAT.

The recruited kicker (Brenton King) hasn't been injured since the season began, but Shawn Davis has been beating him out in practice.
