He certainly has not been A solution
 
Congrats to him. He seems like a fine representative for Tech football. I hope he has a great career here.

Not sure why you nerds need to douche up every thread with miserable, self-hating, "he's part of the staff so screw him" posts.

I’ll be upfront in saying that I’m the last guy you want to talk to about strength and conditioning. But as a fan watching from the stands, I’ve got to agree with you. We look good in the weight room photos but we still didn’t seem to be imposing our will on anybody (like, dare I say it, those soft and weak old teams at CPJ’s peak did) and guys that I thought were supposed to be fast looked slow, especially on D.

Maybe it’s a coaching problem or a talent problem, but when the product on the field is as poor as it has been, everything deserves to be questioned.

Have we been slow and weak or out of position and confused? It can look very similar on the field.

Did you know that the saying “Don’t throw the baby with the bathwater came from medieval England when they would wash once or twice a year and after the men of the family and then the women, babies were washed last in the same water? After the babies were washed the water was thrown out hence the saying don’t throw the baby with the bathwater.

It’s not his job to make them football players. It’s his job to make them faster and stronger. They have definitely gotten stronger. I guess we’ll have to wait on Juanyeh’s 40 time to see if he’s faster.
 
Keep it real. If Lew had taken another job, ya'll would be saying he is irreplaceable/getting off the sinking ship, etc. Because he is still here, he clearly sucks.
