Lost in all this coaching talk is the ACCG..

wreck, I can't argue with you on those points. I just see Atlanta as the answer: lots of ACC fans in the town, easy access (airport), guaranteed enjoyable environment, big time football town.

Obviously Jax is just too small a town to fill up the Gator Bowl for football and three other college games. Personally I don't think Charlotte is the answer either. They are small and have a NFL team too and the game is outdoors. But it is accessible for three of the top six programs (Tech, Clemson, VPI).

Atlanta is accessible by three top programs also (Tech, Clemson, FSU), but has a better airport for two (Miami and BC) and is reachable by VPI. I just think Atlanta has a better chance of selling out.

And right now, to build interest and excitement(where money comes from), we need to sell out the building. (I really don't have a problem with putting the game at the highest ranked team.)

good points...i think we can factor out VPI b/c they are not accessible to anything.

IMO the dome would be the best choice but like someone said we would just be "me too"ing with the SEC.

Charlotte is probably the most viable choice.

My opinion this year is the same as last: Washington, DC. Don't care about the weather. Football needs to be played outdoors anyway.

Why'll they are at it fix the terrible bowl tie-ins we have...of course maybe ACC teams just are not very attractive paticipants!
