LSU Fans Have Already Started

PS: I CANT WAIT for the day that we get to play vs. OSU and Tressel, I think he will be in therapy after PJ waxes him again by 30+ points.

You would think these fans would be a little smarter considering their MNC winning defense last year got torched by Arkansas's single wing (what decade is that from?) for 385 yards rushing, and they went 3-5 in the SEC this year while I believe the ACC went 9-5 and the ACC had to play Florida twice.

Maybe they're like UGA fans, and think that losing games to the top two teams in the country somehow means something other then two losses.

SOMEONE PLEASE POST THIS VIDEO OVER THERE!!!...

PJ vs. Jim Tressel...

I don't think they'll be too impressed, given that their team just pounded Tressel yet another new title game arsehole THIS year -- and they did it playing big boy football.

I believe PJ is the nation's best football coach, and you gotta love the matchup. LSU is a big name major power and the current national champions, who are having a bad year with an undisciplined defense. That is the Perfect Option for a GT bowl opponent. We'll beat them if we execute and don't turn the ball over.

But we know all that and they obviously know it too. No reason to talk smack. Strange things happen in bowl games, and even a coach of PJ's stature will lose as a favorite sometimes. We all unfortunately remember the Millenial Dome Disaster, with 6 turnovers and a torn ACL for Godsey accompanied to the tune of a 25-0 second half beatdown.

lsu is a very dangerous team that we will have to respect.

They know what it is like to win on the big stage.

Just a few weeks ago we lost to uvag.

Let us not get ahead of ourselves.

Let us act like we know what it took to get us here.

In bowl games, it is always easier to play as the underdog. That is a major advantage for whoever plays us in the CFA bowl (LSU). Regardless, we can't fumble the football. If we fumble, we lose, otherwise, it's a blowout.

I never understand the losing argument. It's who you have beaten, not who you have lost to. Anyone can lose to Florida or Alabama. It isn't that hard to lose to a good football team. I can get the local pee-wee football team and they would also lose to Florida, but that doesn't tell you anything about that football team. As you can see, the SEC, for the most part, is a conference full of schools for "special people." Thank God we pulled out under Dodd or else we would be lumped into that stigma (like Vandy).
