I'm at the library right now until noon, if someone can figure out the dimensions for the sign, I can get it printed out. It can be custom size.

6.67 inches width
4.68 inches height

that's what i calculated.

well that image is 500 by 351, widthxheight, so I would use the same proportions for the print
 
yes looks like you are using the same proportions, but go larger if they allow it :)

It'll get bad, but just use the CSI method of sharpening it backup.

Just kidding... but really, you can make it bigger, and not really worry about the image pixelation, because people will be looking at it from far away, and it will be fine.
 
There is no way to keep it sharp and blow it up much further, remember your interpolation stuff from the DSP class :)
 
I've seen this done before, it's pretty easy. Just point at the screen, say "enhance" and press a few keys (any will do).
