Team was in it till the end. I think a few mental lapses at the end - perhaps fatigue, perhaps concentration and we took ourselves out of the game. Sad to see when we should've been beating up on bc. I think a re-watch will tell a lot more about what we need to improve.

Can’t imagine having the stomach to re-watch that @#$& show. Live was bad enough.
 
I’m seriously at the point where I just can’t bring myself to care much anymore. After gef dragged us into the gutter I thought Key was a decent hire considering the results in the second half of the season last year. I know he doesn’t have much to work with since gef left the cupboard pretty bare, but watching this same öööö for the past 4.5 years is really taking a toll on me.
 
I think teams are going to realize that many players in the portal are there for a reason. I think Tech football is pathetic. No coaching. Looking back on it, I feel like Collins was so terrible that we should have gotten rid of everybody and everything he brought to Tech with him. Key is a nice guy and an improvement over Collins, but I am very disappointed in his program. If he had coached like this last year, he wouldn't be here now. The only question is whether Tech wants to get totally committed to football or just end it. Going on like this will only be good for our opponents. If Collins was still here, I would say this was his worst year. We should be a 2-5 team. After today, I will be surprised if we win any more games this year. What will the administration do then? I'm betting they do nothing. Pathetic.

Fatigue issues after a bye week is a whole different class of problems.

I saw a team today that played their hearts out for 60 minutes. They never quit! Made some really unfortunate mistakes. And gave up some untimely scores. But in the end we got beat. So be it. On to next week!
 
School was so long ago and I didn't especially enjoy my time there, although I enjoyed Atlanta, so I need some targeted mind meld to just black that 3 years out of my memory on Saturdays from Labor Day to year end.

Thing is, I have been PO'd and/or bored by every other sport I used to watch so I don't have other options. Anybody ever watch that league that plays video games in front of spectators? We ought to be the Alabama of that.

The Braves were fun, until they öööö the bed in the playoffs, but I find baseball to be pretty boring. Hopefully GT basketball can do something. Falcons suck and I'm not a huge NBA basketball person. I'll still tune into Tech games, but these past several years are just a huge drag.

What game did you watch?

Other than a few miscues (drops, head scratching play calls by their OC), BC could and should have scored on every possession.

In no world should we have been “beating up” on them. Our defense was bad in all aspects. No pressure, bad run D, bad secondary, out of position, etc.

King had some awful throws that led to INTs or stalled drives out when guys were wide open. He was 14-32…
