This is the dumbest öööö ever. Football is a team sport that requires everyone performing a role within the structure of a system and/or play call to be successful. Now players will operate independently, possibly ignoring the call altogether so they can “make the play” and get gratuity. This game, formerly known as college football, is so disappointing to me.

I think this would be a good idea. Would encourage players to go to various colleges for the playing time factor and not go to a factory for an NIL deal and ride the bench until the first round talent ahead of you gets drafted.
