Meet the AP voters who dropped GT in rankings after we beat Georgie

I think a lot of it is because we have a much, much better idea of how good our team is (and how good the teams who are around us are) than a lot of the voters do.

We know a lot about our team and our ranking matters a lot to us, so we're likely to have a much more informed opinion. They probably know little about us and don't care very much. Not saying it's right but I wouldn't be surprised...when you have ~100 voters, some of them are likely to not pay enough attention to do a good job ranking all 25 teams.

I agree. I'm just amazed that a guy who prints fake stories, has one of those fake stories go national, and has that story exposed as a fraud still has a media job, much less a chance to vote.
