That's a big club in college football... Texas, Texas A&M, UNC, the list of schools that have big fanbases, lots of money, first-in-line access to great talent, etc., but still can't seem to pull it together year after year, is a long one.

Good points! I failed to mention Texas. It is hard to believe they can screw up that much money, exposure, and slam dunk recruiting territory.
 
Texas has won one and played for another in this millennium. How about Michigan?
