I would tie GT with Wake for Quality of staff and put us behind MD because we have so little depth. If we ranked only the first string we would move up of course.

I think ranking the teams makes it appear there is more difference than there really is. I don't think your rankings themselves are wrong, but it should be more like FSU #1 talent, then 2, 2.2, 2.3, 2.5,etc. Except for Duke there's not a whole lot of difference IMO. UNC has offensive talent but their defense sucks. Wake is thin, State has defensive trouble. We're thin in spots.
