MJ, Hard Knocks, and Exceeding Expectations

Anyone else think that the Cincy organization is really mess up? Waking a player at 5:30 am to cut him, and then pulling players aside as they walk by to say they've been put on waivers? Last year, Dallas didn't any of those things that I remembered. More classy or professional so to speak. The mock 40 about Andre Smith was hilarious. Overall, the coaches cower to the Owner/GM and can't seem to make any decisions without his permission. The Cincy coaches, compared to Dallas last year, all just seem to insult players rather than coach. Doesn't look like anyone is enjoying playing together or at least very little team feeling.

All of the disarray in the Bengals' organization, and there is a lot, can be traced to Mike Brown, the owner/GM. Since Mike's father, the legendary Paul Brown, died in between 1990 and 91, the Bengals have been terrible. 101-187-1 regular season, one of 18 seasons above .500, one playoff appearance, 0-1 postseason record.
