In the preseason we had a discussion about Major Offensive Errors, the Friedgen-endorsed formula to evaluate likelihood of success. The dudes over at Blue Gray Sky are tracking MOE for Notre Dame and opponents this year to see how well it works.
Recall that the dividing line between good and bad is 12%. Saturday was a perfect example of MOE, as GT recorded a very good 4% and Notre Dame a very bad 21%.
