(more) Dwag drama

Racism allegations aside, does anyone doubt that Kirby is screwing over players? By manipulating them into staying then taking retribution if they leave? I believe that part completely.

Kirby doesn't have the best interest of his players in mind. He just wants to use them to win. UGA wanted that in a coach and they got it. Compare Kirby's "don't let your team down" emotional blackmail to how Collins treated one of our key guys who decided he wanted to hang it up:

“When I told coach Collins and coach Knight, they were completely understanding and 100% supportive,” Martin said. “And I thought that was really unique and really dope that they supported me and just cared about me as a person regardless.”
I have zero doubt Kirby treats his players like s***. He strikes me as a “what have you done for me lately” type of coach.

Any man who uses a coupon at a hair cutting establishment gets little respect from me.
A few years back I had a coupon book from Boy Scouts of America that had a coupon for a free Great Clips haircut.

You better believe I used the öööö out of it.

How in the world could any player look at both programs and choose UGAg?

The most predictable response possible from the cesspool. Hopefully recruits can see the fundamental difference between the Tech/uga programs right now...

Who will trash it next to Cade Mays, Justin Fields, and Jake Fromm's "elite whites" leak so they can later act surprised.
Send it all together. There are plenty of schools offering money to top recruits. Even if they don't come to Tech, lowering the talent at uga is a good thing for us.

Really. All these virtue-signaling principles, but they'll take the under the table money in a heartbeat, and if everything goes the way they want, you'll hear "Coach Smart is like a father to me" in an interview.

Here is Kirby's and UGA's official response.

AJC: UGA racist

It really seems lacking, like they are hiding something. It reads a little like the Michigan response when they got into trouble with a transfer. They claimed: we didn't stop the transfer, read the wavier but when you actually read the wavier it did include negative stuff about the player and his transfer.

I know there are some things you can't say but it seems you would be allowed to simply say: "we fully support the player's request to transfer but the decision is made by the NCAA/SEC not UGA; we will do anything we can to assist the player". That they will not say that is telling.
