I like Morpheus. His work is professional. Sounds like he realized he can make more money by expanding into private business but I'm just speculating after listening to 1/2 the podcast.

Yes, he had hit his ceiling at GT, being he wasn't a coach. Externally, he has multiple rungs on the ladder to move up
