Most unstoppable performance vs. the Jackets?

HAhaha. Gotta love it when mutts dig their own graves.

In that case, how about the time UGA stomped a mudhole in you to the tune of 51-7 in 2002.....or the 3 years that Herschel Walker ran all over you.....Or the time you were ahead of UGA in 1978 28-0 but STILL managed to lose 29-28......Or the almost 500 yards of passing offense that Boston College just laid on you......Or all of the games you played against FSU and never won......And before you get all angry, I know you beat UGA in 98, 99, and 2000......It's the main reason we have Mark Richt now and not Jim Donnan, and I'm not gonna harp on so-called bad refs, non-fumbles, etc. Those UGA teams were just rotten, and Tech was in the midst of a resurgence under O'Lardy the Ol' Liar...What fun it was back then to listen to the drunken ravings of that demented shanty-Irishman....(O'Leary, not Donnan, even though Donnan was a drunken demented Irishman who STILL couldn't coach a lick) Donnan's problem was that he thought he COULD coach, which was just about as dangerous as Chan thinking he can. So, just keep on talking about my reading skills, and I will keep on dredging up GT's most embarrassing moments......Being the historian that I am, I know PLENTY of em.

I'm sure that history degree in UGA football keeps you gainfully employed. Now get out of your trailer and pick up my trash can like you're supposed to or you'll never be able to afford that double wide.

Maybe you need to go back to high school as apparently your 'higher ed' experience didn't help your reading comprehension.....

the thread was about INDIVIDUAL performances.

Except the O'Leary stuff. I wish Tech had more fans like you!

I love O'Leary....but now that I think about it...he has the same problem that Chan has (and probably Cremins had). Stubborness. O'Leary kept meddling with the defense...and he was not good at it anymore while running an entire team...and it showed on the field. We had to put up insane offensive numbers to cover them. O'Leary had a mediocre record....then brought in Ralph Frieden who did the same thing again that he did for us in 1990 and 1991...then with the San Diego Chargers. After Ralph left...we went pedestrian again immediately.

O'Leary has the perfect demeanor for a rebuild effort....but other than that there are a lot of parallels.

Tech led Georgie 20-0 in '78 and it was 20-7 at half.

I haven't read through the whole thread (just the first page) because I'm on my blackberry. But the first thing that comes to mind when I keep seeing Dantzler mentioned is that we played 2/3 of that game without #51, who was taken out of the game with a dislocated elbow (I'll save my rant on that for another time). But if he's in the game, woody doesn't have nearly that type of a game. And he definitely wouldn't have had that last run for the winning score.I wasn't die-hard until my senior year in high school, when I saw Cloud run all over us in person from the lower west stands on a miserably hot day. I don't think I've seen such a performance since. Ironically, I think Ryan's performance this year was the closest.I was at FSU for the game in 1999, when Peter Warrick just could not be stopped. But we couldn't stop anyone that year, as we also allowed 48 pts in the last game that season to UGA. What about Marcus Hagans? I'm not privy to the stats but everytime he touched the ball it seemed UVA gained another 10 yards. And don't get me started on their TE's (was it Heap?).I have to go with Ryan, Cloud or Warrick in my short 9 years of really following Tech.
