By “their QB”, i assume you mean the guy not named Justin Fields.Their receivers were open. Mutts would have won had their QB not thrown the ball over everybody's head.
Both, maybe. He left the field and went to the locker room to have his throwing shoulder looked at. Came back and went back in. After a pass where he was moving to his left, threw a pass a little across his body to a receiver running a down and in route he threw it slightly behind the receiver but the receiver slipped and fell down. Had he stayed on his feet he probably could have, at least, got a hand on it. Instead, the ball made a B-line right at the safety for an INT. That is probably Bennett's last pass and perhaps play for the dwags. Kirby had given him a long leash and was waiting for the perfect opportunity to make a chnange at QB. That INT probably sealed the deal.Abysmal. It's bad when your completion ratio looks like one of the last days of a month. Did Hutson Bennett get injured or benched?
Forgive me if I’m wrong... but is it out of the realm of possibility that Tech could have put up this kind of performance against Florida? I think it’s been said before but the level of supposed parity that exists has always existed. It’s just at a higher offensive level.
Can’t drink all day long if you don’t start on the morning.Wat?

SEC defenses look the part of BIG12 defenses these days.Fields wasn't facing an SEC defense.
The point being that UGA and GT are close right now...? I don't think so, man.Forgive me if I’m wrong... but is it out of the realm of possibility that Tech could have put up this kind of performance against Florida? Paradoxically, that's because they are facing SEC offenses.SEC defenses look the part of BIG12 defenses these days.

They would probably just 2009 us. Line up. Run it up the gut. We couldn't stop it in 2009 with Ealey. We wouldn't stop it Saturday.Honestly if we played tomorrow I’d feel better about beating them than I have since 2014. They’re starting a 5’11” QB with no arm and half their defense is out for various reasons.
