Tony clark droped a kickoff. Tyler melton fumbles a punt. Our special teams is killing our defense.

and keeping the ball right out of our O's hands....Hats off to the D for holdin them to a FG....Hoping to see things settle down as the game progresses!!! GO JACKETS.....TEAM EFFORT!

Looks like they're starting to settle down a little bit aside from the o-line. Can't tell if Nesbitt needs to settle down seeing as how he has to run for his life out there.

That was pretty good. Gotta get the ball in Dwyer's hands.

This one was a long one though, and it was close. Poor guy. Oh well.

Too bad close ones don't count for 2 or something:(

Blair's not the problem.

Charles Kelly may be sending out resumes soon.

Our holder is not good, and our snapper sucks ass and needs to be benched.

True. I don't think we'll really know Blair's potential as far as reliability until these two issues are settled. Timing is everything and Blair has not had the opportunity for too many clean attempts (Jax St game and BC) as of yet. He looked fine on the 48 yarder (with exception to hitting the post of course).

:ugh:

maybe, he is 1-4 now.

I pin most of these issues on the snapper/holder combo. Like someone else said, you can't really get a feel for Blair until those problems are fixed.

I think he looked good on the 48 yd kick, slight miss from long yardage. Didn't look good on the next kick, but the snap/hold was no good. Screw with his timing and you get an ugly kick.

Are you kidding me? You guys are defending a kicker who is 1 for 5 with a missed extra point and has put two kickoffs out of bounds. The guy is a good punter, but needs to be benched from kicking duties. I would have benched him before he missed the second kick today. Blair may make the kicks in practice but he definitely doesn't have the right stuff when it counts.

He's not the special teams coach anymore, keep up. He's the DB coach, how did you like the way they played? It's pretty hard to kick a moving football.
