My god our special team sucks

Let's get some decent snaps and holds first, and then decide about the kicker.
 
I'm a bit suprised that so many folks think Kelly is still the Special Teams Coordinator. He has moved to defensive backs coach (our DBs are doing quite well this year if you haven't noticed). Monken is now in charge of special teams...I agree that special teams has been very disappointing so far, but get your facts straight. Our DBs look better this year than they've looked in a very long time...and we have folks that want to run Kelly off.
 
All our coaches seem good to me. The only problem we have on STs is with placekicking, and that goes down in large part to snap/hold.
 
You can't do this for most position, but I would say it's easy to evaluate the best kicker in practice. PJ knows how bad Blair's backup is and we don't.

Anyway, it's pretty tough on the kid to scold him for missing 45+ yarders, with one of them hitting the post.
