Looks good, except personally I don't like "noob" being in there...just carries a bit of a bad connotation to me(not the nerd thing, but more of an immature thing). Overall good though :).

The old user levels were just the default used by the vbulletin software. I was waiting to finish the upgrade before implementing the REAL user levels.
