Just now, Washington intercepted a pass from Notre Dame and the announcers mentioned it as though it were only slightly relevant. Next play, Washington fumbles and Notre Dame recovers. The announcer freaks out, yelling "NOTRE DAME HAS THE BALL!" while the referees begin signaling that it's ND's ball with the same enthusiasm as the Notre Dame players doing the same thing.

Is this the way college football will be forever now? You can't find a station that doesn't have some ridiculous bias for a certain team or conference?

Tom Hammond is usually a good announcer, but has to do what he's told in this case (be biased). It's all about the dolla dolla billz y'all.

It's that damn liberal media bias.

Actually that would make a good SAT question.

College football media is to ND as mainstream old line media is to

A) blah
B) blah blah
C) Obama
D) blah

I wonder what the correct answer would be.

I thought there was a rule about assisting a ballcarrier by dragging them?

You know what's funny? I'm watching UGag and LSU and the Aflac trivia question is:

When is the last time the #2, #3 and #4 ranked teams were all from one conference?

So I figure they made this up to glorify Ugag and LSU and the SEC and the answer???

The year: 1961
The Conference: The SEC
The teams: #2 - some SEC team, #3 - Georgia Tech, #4 - some SEC team.
