NC State Roadtrip

I live in Greensboro and have tickets so I'm in.

I'm in. I already live in Durham so I won't be doing the actual trip part.

Where did you get tickets? I don't know what's recommended for Tech students to buy.

A buddy of mine got four through his season tix and I bought two. I haven't looked at student options.

How many of you are still up for this? I know 3 of you are maybes. Planning on leaving from Tech Sat morning @0500hrs. It'd be nice to get a convoy and tailgate for couple hours before the game.

What do yall reckon for getting tickets?

I'm going up Thursday afternoon, and heading to the state fair in Winston-Salem on Friday. I got student tickets, which were $56 (wtf?), but I saw some on stubhub at $60 after NCSU lost to Cincy.

Just checked stubhub. Lowest price is $75. Wow.

Alkinji_ i know you were pushing me to go but Im going to stay in town and coach the rugrats and then work--I was off and scheduled to work Maryland but I pulled a switcharoo so Ill work this weekend and be off for Maryland. :)

yeah i saw the ticket prices on stubhub, thought that maybe i should just scalp them, which is always risky. do you know which one the tech section is?

I've been to many NC State games. You can show up and buy tickets near the stadium, no problem. Face value ($56) and likely less given your risk tolerance..

4 am wake up call, on the road to Raleigh. Any ideas for a tailgating location, haven't been to Carter Finley since 2004 and i'm sure it's a little different.

Let me guys know if you plan on tailgating, I will stop by for sure with beer/food to cook. I live in the area.
