I agree, but NC State got caught napping on a FG attempt from the 6 when Rutgers ran a fake and scored. Why don't teams ALWAYS look for a fake in kicking situations? Maybe that is too simplistic but it is frustrating to see when you are the victim I guess.

Good news is that State blocked the extra point and then scored themselves to take the lead. Now NC State is threatening again late in Q1.
 
Horray 10-6. I'm really impressed by the NC State passing game so far.

Looks like yet another sparsley populated stadium. I guess these teams aren't exactly big draws in Birmingham. Granted, I wouldn't expect Rutgers to travel well to much anyplace.

Wow... Beck, NC State's backup QB, is beyond terrible. I think you could pull a few students out of the stands and have them throw a better football than he is able to right now.
