ND needs to join a conference or gtfo

I really believe we should exert all the pressure we can to get ND in as a football member. Their being a part of the conference was good for the ACC and for them this year. It would be in the future. I would be happy to offer them something others might not. Let them keep their TV money from their NBC deal to televise their home games. They have a cash asset the rest of us do not have. Call it a pre-nup agreement. Then, only give them a 1/2 share of TV money from league deals, since only their away games can be a part of the conference product.

At fifteen teams I would do away with divisions. Have each team schedule the eight or nine conference games of their choosing. Let the championship be between the top two highest rated teams. This would work well.

It's not about the pressure ACC had to exert. It's about other teams declining to schedule ND. If they do that, ND has to jump into ACC. We saw that this year.

ND will go down in history as the only playoff participant to end their year with 2 ass rapes.

Nobody else will ever get in after a similar beating to the one Clemson laid on them.

Their ONE win of note all year was barely beating Clemson when Clemson was missing half their defense.

How much extra money did the ACC pull in by having ND in the CFP in addition to Clemson?
