All I could think about after last night's game was the Clemson game when you moved Perry so we could have an almost identical kind of win when you played. We took and early lead, IIRC, then Clemson came back and then we put on a clutch drive at the end that won the game.

Do I remember it correctly?

This would make sense and I would totally agree with you if GT was a passing team.

To better understand what I mean take for example this analogy:
Dan Marino had a terrible game, he passed for 200 yards and only managed to gain 15 rushing yards.

Now, considering everyone knows that Dan Marino DOES NOT run the ball--his entire career's rushing total was 87 yards--this is not a big deal.

We play Nesbitt because unlike other QB's, he CAN and DOES run our option offense or whatever you want to call it efficiently enough to WIN games in the ACC.

His pass to Thomas is equivalent to Marino rushing for 6 yards in a given play to pick up the first down--IT JUST DOESNT HAPPEN, ALMOST NEVER.

But yes, if anyone considers him a "passing QB," sure, he's awful.

You said JN should be embarrassed for celebrating a victory. If JN should be, then PJ and the fans should be embarrassed too. I was just enlightening you on how utterly stupid you are today.

When you make a dumbass statement, its best to just come out and agree it was a dumbass statement rather than further losing credibility by defending said dumbassetry.
 
I can't dog a winning quarterback. He took the team on his legs at the end and gutted it out running down the field. If you asked Joe Cox to run between the tackles 5 times in a row (or however many midline options), you think he would have done it with the heart Nesbit had. All of you who are dogging with winning QB can start your own forum and fill it with douche baggery to your hearts content.
 
GSU, this is the worst post I've seen in a long time. You don't know much about college football. Quick question, when was the last time a GT QB lead us on a game tying, and game winning scoring drives on the last two possesions of a game. My guess is you were probably in Pre-K last time it happened. It is very rare to find QBs that make the plays you need to win even when things aren't going well. It was a gutsy performance.

I'm embarrassed to be a fellow GSU fan with paintballer. I's say alumni, but I have my doubts he is.

Again, congratulations. But remember: NO CELEBRATING unless you throw three touchdown passes in a row without an incompletion in the same offensive possession.
