No respect for Nesbitt from VPI

One of them says rank the QB's by efficiency rating, since Tyrod Taylor's rating is good. Of course, Josh's rating is better (160.29) and would rank 8th in the nation and 2nd in the conference (behind Skinner), but he is below the attempts/game threshold to be ranked.

All I ask is that if we get a late hit penalty on Tyrod, let's make the hit count this year. They can have their 15 yards but I don't want to see the punk laughing and dancing around about it. Not saying I want us to play dirty, just play through the whistle and make the guy think twice before prancing down our sideline again.

+1. At least make it worth it.

It seems like most of them respect our offense and think Nesbitt is a stud, but they think we are just going to run to the motion side every time and they'll shut us down to low 20's or so.

But they think our D is a joke, and for good reason. They think they'll hold our O to about last year's total but will score 40 or so.

Brian Stinespring is probably licking his chops, but Foster will probably have some sleepless nights this week.

Captain Obvious says: We need to get some early breaks, get a ten-point cushion, play ball-control offense, and avoid turnovers, and not blow scoring opportunities. Hey that was pretty good. I could be on ESPN at least....

What are your feelings about SEC speed? That is, is it superior to all other speed or far superior to all other speed?

After reading that board, I don't think there's any way that the Hokies don't end up in Pasadena in early January. They're pushing the 72 Dolphins right now.
