North Carolin Silver helmet?

looks like the Buc's gunmetal gray helmet. I don't think it compliments the blue well.

This. the UNC logo should bein white with the baby blue outline. Or all silver with white outline. Either way they'll still lose to LSU.

I'm skeptical that powder blue on metallic brown will strike much fear into anyone, much less LSU.

I've got to admit, I like UNC's uni's. And, that is one bad looking helmet (in the good way). I like the sky/baby/powder/whatever blue, white, navy combo.

I'm afraid of what that says about me ...

Don't get me wrong though, I love GT's colors; white, gold, and navy is SHARP.

Red and black makes me want to puke.

I like it. Colors aside, the shape of the helmet is really aggressive. Pretty badass.

Gimmick helmets won't help North Carolina's offense produce any better. If they beat LSU it will be because of defense and turnovers. Someone was right though, it looks more metallic brown than silver. I agree a white logo might look better.

I was skeptical, but that helmet is badass. If you think everybody should look like Penn State, you won't like it, but the metallic shine along with the aggressive shape make it look really nice.

As far the effect on UNC's performance, who knows? But if this year really is finally "the" year for UNC, then this kind of uniform could help forge an identity for them as a team.
