Not a Top 25 Team (yet)

I've always felt that polls shouldn't start until after three games have been played. Well, three games have been played and based on what I've seen Tech is not a top 25 team yet. In my opinion, they played better football in the first three games last year.

I honestly hope the players don't pay the polls any attention, because it seems to me we always play crappy when we are highly ranked. That needs to change immediately if GT wants to become a 1st tier program.

Yep. Looked fresher, more alive, and more motivated. That goes for the coaches as well. I am not getting good vibes about our team from top to bottom. I don't see that same confidence that we had last year in this year's team. Is it a long hangover? I don't know. But if it is, I hope it ended last night.

Confidence seems to have replaced with entitlement. These boys need heart!

I had a feeling that two back-to-back nationally televised games were going to go a long way in shaping our image for the rest of the country. The pollsters are probably very unimpressed, which I can't blame them.
